why don't they all do this?
refund policy
- Please use event insurance when you register if you think you may need to withdraw for any reason.
- You can defer to the following year's race if you'd like.
- I'm open to discussing refunds but please use event insurance when you register.
- With that being said, athlete satisfaction is my number one goal!
- You may transfer entry to another athlete at no charge. Simply email RACE DIRECTOR, MARK HUGHES at mark@fastfinishes.net and we'll make the transfer.

EVENT SATISFACTION
- We offer an Event Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the event for any reason, we will refund your entry fee.
- As this is new and innovative, requests made under this guarantee should be within reason. We can’t guarantee a refund if you had a flat tire and missed the race. We will guarantee a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the race course or race events (i.e. packet pick-up, registration, transition area, awards, finisher’s medals, on-course support or post race food).
- We're willing to listen to any concern that you may have. The ultimate goal is to have you completely satisfied with the event and to come race again next year. We’ll make every effort to ensure this!
